1727 at the Thorney Lezon Court, one Tenement called Birds with two little yards containing one rood more of less to which premises the said Thomas Wells the Unkle was Admitted Tenant after the death of Rachel Hempsted late Grimwood at a Court Baron the fifth day of August 1724.
