1861 George Faulkner
n 1835 Robert Stegall sells Kents to George Faulkner. George died in 1866 but by 1890 the farm is still in the hands of his trustees (Kents later becomes part of Poplar farm in Saxham Street.)
In the 1839/40 tithe apportionments George Faulkner is named as the owner of Kents (tm 2, 3, 4a, 7, 8, 12, 13,17 and 20) also 4,5,6,7a,10..11.14.15.19.21.22.23.24 and 25 with the occupier William Packard. The fields Upper and Lower Pages ( 1 &9) are owned by Sir Charles Tyrell and occ by Robert Steggall.
George Faulkner is also named as the land owner for lands bordering onto Gipping Road with occupier Edwin Pyman
By 1895 the occupier of Poplar Farm is Clara Taylor and the owner of the 88a 3r and 39p is George Manning Faulkner.
