In 1959 F. Bloomfield is in Town Farm according to this invoice found in Jack Carter’s 1959 diary.

1914 request for applications for a seven year lease on Town Farm property. The occupier is still Charles Garrard, but with 22 acres being in the occupation of Emma Armstrong. Applications were to be made to the school’s head teacher, Mr A. Bramhall.

1827 – Terrier – late William Wilding, now Matthew Wilden. 1827 A farm consisting of a tenement, barn, stable and cowhouse. Also 7 peices of land containg 22 acres in the occupation of William Wilding (husband of Martha) and Matthew Wilding at an annual rent of £35.

In 1549 mention is made of a close and Wellers Tenement in Saxton Hamlet to John Goddard and is associated with Stowupland Town Lands (see also Quardlines for more about a close of tenement |Wallers called Symes in Saxton Hamlett)
In the 1839/40 tithe apportionments Little Wallers (tm 64) and Wallers Field (tm 94), whether these are linked to Wellers Tenement is not known.
