1834 late William Wilden now Martha Wilden (widow)

1827 – Terrier –  late William Wilding, now Matthew Wilden. 1827 A farm consisting of a tenement, barn, stable and cowhouse. Also 7 peices of land containg 22 acres in the occupation of William Wilding (husband of Martha) and Matthew Wilding at an annual rent of £35.

In 1549 mention is made of a close and Wellers Tenement in Saxton Hamlet to John Goddard and is associated with Stowupland Town Lands.

In the 1839/40 tithe apportionments Little Wallers (tm 64) and Wallers Field (tm 94), whether these are linked to Wellers Tenement is not known.
